RJH Personnel are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant/Warehouse Admin to join a busy company in Kings Norton.
Day to day Office Assistant/Warehouse Admin duties will include the following:
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to daily plans and reviews.
- Tracks and coordinates the delivery notes, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintains records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Communicate and coordinating with other departments.
- Ensures all goods/parcels handover completely and securely to carriers.
As an Office Assistant/Warehouse Admin you will need the following:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or a similar management position preferred.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
